Welcome ... Here's How to Get Theme Support

1. Step One - Read Your Theme Tutorials

You can find the link for all tutorials in the Solostream Member's Area after you login.

Review the tutorials available for your theme, because these will answer many of your initial questions about working with your Solostream theme.

2. Step Two - Use the Search Box Below

If your answer can't be found in the theme tutorials, please search below for your question.

3. Step Three - Post a Question in the Appropriate Forum

IMPORTANT: Do not reply to any forum comments via email (it will go to a "noreply" address). Instead, click the link to the topic and add your comment(s) there.

Please Ensure That You Are in the Correct Forum for Your Theme Before Submitting Your Comment. If Viewing Another Theme's Forum, Add a Topic in the Correct One.

If you can’t find your answer, go ahead and create a new topic in the appropriate forum for the theme in the Premium WordPress Themes category:

  • As you'll see, there is a separate forum for each theme (sometimes two depending on theme version).
  • Click the forum title or double arrow to view the topics.
  • Once there, you'll see an 'Add Article' button where you can ask a new question
  • In order to better assist you, please include your site's URL (e.g., http://www.domain.com). If you prefer to keep this private or your site is in maintenance mode, just make a note of that and we will contact you privately for the info.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours (excluding weekends) for a Solostream team member to respond to your forum post.
  • If you do not receive a response after this time, feel free to add a comment to the same topic(s).
